In his new role, he will report directly to Jon Rucker, CEO of Ultra I&C. He will be responsible for overseeing all business unit activities within C2I and will continue to drive the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic growth strategy.

Powell's career includes serving as a United States Air Force Acquisition Officer before advancing into leadership positions in the defense technology sector. His most recent role was as Partner of FON Advisors, LLC, a boutique investment bank specializing in aerospace, defense and government markets. Bradford has also held leadership positions at Cubic Corporation and Northrop Grumman, contributing to his expertise in the industry.
