AUSTIN, TX—May 8, 2023—Ultra Intelligence & Communications has named Beth Skoletsky as the company’s chief human resources officer (CHRO). In this role, Beth will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of the company’s global human capital strategy and operations. She will also ensure the people and culture agenda supports the company’s ambitious business objectives.

Beth has over 30 years of experience in human resources designing and implementing strategic human resources programs, standardizing processes, leading teams and driving human capital initiatives across functional areas in support of business objectives. Over 20 years of her experience is in the government contracting industry where she has participated in numerous M&A activities that have helped transform organizations by integrating and aligning the HR and business strategy to execute priorities for stakeholders, leaders, program managers and employees.
Skoletsky comes to Ultra I&C from Constellis, where she served as CHRO. She led developmental and integration activities which played a critical role in guiding the strategic transformation of the HR business practices and successfully led the modernization and upskilling of the business and workforce.
