AUSTIN, TX—July 31, 2023—Ultra Intelligence & Communications (Ultra I&C), a leading technology provider for the defense industry, has joined forces with Texas A&M University’s George H.W. Bush Combat Development Complex (BCDC) on the RELLIS campus in Bryan, Texas to redefine how warfighters and autonomous vehicles connect and communicate through innovative products and solutions.
With the landscape of warfare rapidly evolving, Ultra I&C’s innovation center, Ultra Labs, and the BCDC will harness their collective strengths to address the challenges of tomorrow's defense industry. The partnership will focus on connecting autonomous vehicles and warfighters, improving data connectivity and fusion, and analyzing emerging technologies to provide efficient and reliable defense solutions for decisions advantage on the battlefield.

BCDC Innovation Proving Ground (IPG) is home to many different testbed facilities including, 5G communication, hypersonics, real-time network architectures and coordinated air-ground vehicle maneuvering. IPG will be utilizing Ultra I&C’s command and control capabilities for data integration and visualizations across a wide range of IPG testbed applications. Also, IPG will be integrating advanced autonomous vehicle control capabilities into Ultra I&C’s command and control systems. This will help propel military artificial intelligence for autonomy forward and ensure successfully connected systems across the battlefield.
